My husband and I had lunch at this establishment today. While the watermelon martini was amazing, the fish and chips was just okay (not bad for frozen fish) My husband ordered a burger and salad. The salad was large (a plus) but the blue cheese dressing was horrid. The burger was beyond dry. He ate less than half of both the salad and the burger, and let our waitress know how bad his food was. Our waitress didn't offer to bring him anything else, or have him speak with the manager. We got the bill, only to find that we were charged full price. After speaking to the manager our bill was reduced, but he was in denial about the poor quality of this meal. According to him, we were the only people to ever complain about the food. An update to my review from yesterday. It would seem that my husband is unwell as a result of the meal he ate. How can I be sure it was this meal? It was his only meal of the day. Our guess, the iffy blue cheese dressing (served warm). If I could give this establishment a 0 star rating I would.

Have eaten here twice now. I really like this place. Prices are reasonable and the food is really good. We live in a tiny little town about 40 miles away and it is a treat to drive here to eat.

Tried this place again, and service is just down right horrible. Waited a hour and a half for a simple breakfast. My own stupidity for not just getting up and leaving. I'm done with this place.

Love the food and service at this location. Nick is a great bartender. He always comes up with a great new mix. The menu is a decent size with lots of great gems. My favorite is the philly fries. Can't beat them for the price. Pete the owner is a great guy who is usually on hand if need be.

Great restaurant in downtown Havasu!! Service was excellent and so was the food. We had the chopped salad, buffalo salad and the Mac and cheese. Great atmosphere and professional service. Not sure about the bad reviews. Would definitely go back! Better than the Red Onion by far which I would rate at 3 stars or less. The Red Onion gives up on dinner and doesn't even open. And they are dog friendly. Great patio on the side where you can bring your dog which they will serve water and treats for the pooch!

I have eaten Here many times. One of my favorite spots. They have great food and service . The Philly burger, the Bubba burger, the Philly fries, sweet buffalo shrimp. The list goes on. I'm getting hungry writing this review.

This place is great and we have been many times. Great staff, excellent service, terrific food too. And always cold beer. Everything on the appetizer menu is delicious, especially the mushrooms and jalapeño poppers, all homemade. Salads are also very large and sandwiches are excellent. The Cuban is a favorite for sure. Consistent food and fast friendly service.

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** This place is incredible! I started with the Jalapeño Poppers... So good!!! Then had the all you can eat fish Friday! The Bloody Vinney is just perfect. The olives and spicy pepperoni stick, salted rim, they definitely know how to make it good. Don't forget the Philly Cheesesteak... To. Die. For. I added White American cheese and kept the Cheese Wiz.. Next time I will probably ask for no Cheese Wiz. Over all, I would say they deserve more than a 5 star! The customer service was also very great. I will definitely be making this a regular spot to have a great dinner. And don't forget HAPPY HOUR DAILY 3pm-6pm.

Won't be back. Waited over one hour for our food at a time that nobody else was eating. We asked how much longer and were told I don't know. Instead of telling us that she'd check we were left in the dark. Finally after over an hour we decided to cash out and leave. Magically the food was ready then and it was average at best. Over priced in my opinion for the quality. To top it off, our trouble was not even acknowledged by the staff and we left unsatisfied.

I ordered the Scooby Doo, which is a chicken sandwich with all the fixings topped with marinara sauce and my husband got the Bada Bing which is pretty much like a cheese steak. The chicken was tender, a bit messy from the sauce and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal. It was anything mind blowing, but definitely acceptable with both meal being under $9/ piece. We didn't know our meal came with fries, but I would have preferred it well done. This location seems really new and the decor is clean with a slight industrial look. They had a massive powder room, though it was only one stall, it was perfect for one. With a bar area, a really clean restaurant and even outdoor seating, this was a pleasant place to dine. 5 stars for Siera who gave us excellent service. I really thought their t-shirt with a tie painted on was a nice quirky touch as their uniforms.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. We have had two sets of company in town at different times that stayed at a nearby hotel. Thinking this was in walking distance, both couples went here for breakfast. Both of them had TERRIBLE service and mediocre food. There are much better breakfast options in Havasu. Don't waste your time here.

If I could give negative stars I would. I will never set foot in this place again. My husband called and made reservations for the dueling pianos. We got there and they were having issues with how many reservations they took and not enough tables. We told who we think is the manager never mind we will just go across the street and she very rudely said that we were lying about even having reservations since we would rather go to Bad Dogs, she was going to just give us someone else's table. So not only was she rude, she called my husband and I liars and she bashed another business across the street. She will never get our business and I will tell everyone I know how horrible the customer service is there.

  • Brad B.

Ok friends, I'm a foody plus, and these guys were right across the street from me. They knocked my socks off. I do work occasionally in Philadelphia and love the cheese steaks. They are the epic bomb here in Lake Havasu! I would travel all the way from LA to here to Alsace one of these cheesesteak sandwiches. Thank you Jersey Boys! Also, the guy Pete is one funny nice guy = great service.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Havasu. Took 1 hour for our food which was disgusting! It was not crowded at all, no wait to be seated. Bloody Mary came highly recommended but it was nasty. There were chunks of something coming up my straw. I ordered the philly Benedict which was supposed to have prime rib but it was ground beef. My kids ordered milk (2 milks=$6), no kids meal option on the menu. The hash browns were not brown at all. Completely under cooked. Our server was trying to be nice but really had nothing much to say because he knows that this place is a joke.

In search for a new breakfast place we decided to stop in here and give Jersey's Grill a try. We were promptly seated and given water. My hubby ordered one of the benedicts and I ordered the Sun Devil special with Taylor Ham. I was so happy to see that someone on the west coast has Taylor Ham! My breakfast was outstanding with delicious flavors. I ate the whole thing! My husband loved his as well. As we were looking over the menu he saw that they have a Cuban sandwich and he's been craving a decent one lately. We ordered one to go to have on the drive home. My hubby ended up eating half of it there it was so good when he had a little bite he couldn't stop. The fries are amazing too! We cannot wait to come back to Havasu and dine here again and try other things on the menu. The service was outstanding as well and everyone working there was happy and talkative.

This place SUCKED so bad!!!!!! Got there at 10:45 with a party of 12. We sat down at 11:05 looking forward to breakfast, and we're told that kitchen was not serving breakfast anymore, even though there menu says breakfast till 11:30. Spoke to manager said they would make us breakfast.. Take our order for breaking 25 minutes later they send waitress out to tell us the the cook REFUSED to make us breakfast..... WTF Nobody should ever go to this place it's horrible!!!!!

  • Amie B.

Staff can be a little slow of its busy, food is always good & just started doing breakfast! Local beers & well known beers. Gone for dinners & breakfast. Kid friendly!

    (4)
  • Laric L.

Not at all impressed. The portions were so small, I'm at home right after "dinner" and am making a real dinner for my wife and I. The chorizo mushrooms were reasonably tasty, but at $2.25 each for 4 small stuffed mushroom caps this was a horrible value for a $9 appetizer. The atmosphere seemed more geared towards 30-something hipsters than a general customer base, and most of the servers' attention was directed at customers who seemed to be regulars. More than $70 total for 4 people to leave hungry from eating dinner? I call that a bit of a failure.

Stopped in again to Jersey's Grill on the 4th, and I wish I kept on walking. Rude server, food took forever, could here employees yelling and swearing in the back, and the food itself was not good at all. My beer tasted funky, and when I told the waitress, she said that's how the beer comes out and there is nothing she could do about it. I gave this place another shot, now I will never be back.

Went here for lunch with a group of 6. We waited an hour and a half to be told that our order was lost. At 12:30 when they told us that they lost the order they proceeded to say it was going to be another 20 minutes. we even asked several times when our food was coming out and it was "coming out soon". we got there at 11am and left at 12:30 without eating. Can't believe this place....

  • Linda S.

Terrible service waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged and 25 minutes before we got a glass of water. Food was just okay. We will not return. Hope management reads this!

  • Heather B.

The LBLTA Sandwich on Marble Rye was amazing. I can say there could be a little more flavor in the mayo, but still a FIVE STAR lunch. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The wait was average. They were very friendly and it has a casual, clean, nice environment. Our waitress messed up my friends order, bringing her the wrong thing. The waitress was very apologetic and management was prepared to send my friend home with a fresh to-go box of her original order. I almost want to give it a 3 because of the flies, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I don't know if it was a fluke or not and the food & management were too good.

  • Laurie M.

Food here is great, but beware very limited dinner menu, much better lunch time selection. Good selection of craft beers, Havablue is great too. Our service this visit was good, last time we had a new server, she was very pleasant, however part if our order was "dropped", never got placed so 4 of us were almost done eating when the other 2 were served. Hoping that's a fluke, cause food really us good.

  • Kristin J.

Food was ok but nothing special. Got seated right away but took 45 min to get our food they said they were shorthanded in the kitchen but from the other reviews this wait time seems to be the norm. We decided to have a couple more beers during the wait- didn't realize they were 6 dollar beers! Won't be going back.

  • Mark C.

Pretty much similar experience as previous reviews. Waited 35 minutes for salads to be made while it was only about 50% capacity. Chopped cobb salad was on the small side (for $13), served on a flat plate. Greek salad with chicken ($11) had too little chicken. They were tasty and fresh. Wiill be a LONG time before we try Jerseys again.

This is one of our favorite places to go for a casual meal in Lake Havasu. The Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich is the best and it brings just a bit of the Jersey Shore to Lake Havasu City. My personal favorite is the wraps. Any sald on the menu can be placed in a wrap and it is so much more fun than just on a plate. The atmosphere is very shore-like too with a a great staff. The now serve breakfast on weekends too. Several TV's are tuned to whatever sports are on at the time whether it is golf, car racing, football or motorcross.

BEST lunch spot in downtown Havasu! I am from the East Coast (though I have been in Havasu a couple of decades) and am thrilled to see basic East Coast food on a menu. My favorite is the Philly with mushrooms, marinara and provolone. Takes me back. VERY clean, comfortable, fast service and good value. These days with the weather cooling off I sit on the back patio, have lunch and read. I never feel rushed, and the free wifi helps!

Just had a great time at Jersey Grill, it was our first time there, I always thought it was a sandwich place (new menu), boy did they prove me wrong. Had incredible meetloaf, salmon, Italian deserts and the drinks were great (get the fugedaboutit) We had our own comedian/bartender Nick and after dinner we got the tour of the art gallery next door with Tory. Wow, what a great night. Can't wait to check out the new Blues Bar with dualing Pianos that should open in 4 weeks or so. Thanks Nick and Tory for a great night!!

Too bad there isn't a "0" star rating- because there is ABSOLUTELY nothing I'd return here for. That is because though we ordered food- we never actually got any. We unknowingly had arrived a half hour early for their lunch menu. The waitress insisted it was fine that we wait to order lunch. We did so....and that was as close to food as we got. First the delay was they were switching over to the lunch kitchen. Fine- we'd elected to order lunch vs. breakfast so we took some blame. But other tables were getting food. Then it was that they were backed up. Then we heard "it will be right out" over and over. Finally, an hour later, the waitress admitted they'd lost the ticket and the wait would be ANOTHER 20 minutes for food. I have never, ever seen such poor service or management. 6 people at one table, in a half empty restaurant, sitting over an hour without food and no one notices? It wasn't as though we were drinking our lunch either. We were right by the wait staff prep area and kitchen entrance- I think they had more servers than diners. Each server & runner walked by us over and over again..... even if our server was an idiot you'd think someone else would throw a red flag. To make matters worse, the owner was there. When the waitress finally admitted the truth- there was no manager or owner to apologize, no compensation for a total waste of an afternoon. We got a half-baked apology from the server and we "didn't have to pay for our drinks". Ooh, the generosity. We had waters, iced teas and two very lame Bloody Marys. (Plain tomato juice and vodka with some fancy olives is still not a Bloody Mary. But at least there was a beef stick so I had something to eat.) I am a big proponent of giving a place a second chance but under no circumstances would I do so at Jersey's. Simply stay away.

Please please do not waste your time, money, and taste buds at this place. I was visiting my grandpa last weekend in havasu and we tried this place for Sunday brunch. I know Sunday morning and restaurant. But, it should not take 2 hours from when I sit down to finish my meal. Service was so slow that my food was cold by the time my grandpa got his dish. Please there are so many other better places in havasu to go to. Worse restaurant ever.

Stopped in here with wife and family for a late lunch on Christmas Eve. Staff was very pleasant. Food was served hot and very tasteful. Only BIG negative was it appeared our waitress and the staff were not happy we showed up as lateaswedid. They wanted to close and did everything they could to hurry us along. Felt rushed and a little irritated by being starred at! I would like to give them another chance and would come back but this experience was certainly not what we ever expected.

The service AND kitchen are horrible!!!! Went to their location on the water our first day in Havasu and ordered a sandwich and hot dog. Very simple items but it took forever! The servers look to be crazy busy but it didn't seem like anything was actually getting done. We finally got our food and it was very good but not worth the wait. They offer 10% off their other location if you go the next day so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. This time it was worse. Most of the servers from their other location were also here. It was after 11am so we assumed it would be lunch but it was still breakfast. A little strange but okay. I ordered one of their unique dishes but the server came back and said they were out so I ordered a simple pancake plate and my husband something with biscuits, I don't remember exactly what. So once again we waited, and waited, and waited. And it wasn't just us. As we looked around the restaurant there were more people twiddling their fingers and looking over their shoulders for servers than there were people eating. As we sat we also overheard servers apologizing to those lucky few who got to eat that they were sorry about the wait or that their orders were incorrect and that they would discount the check. My order finally came out but no sign of my husbands so he got up from his seat, tracked down our server and asked for it to-go since we were short on time now. The server, instead of coming to tell us, informed my husband that they ran out of biscuits to make his meal so my husband asked, well is there anything in the process for my meal? And the server said no. What?!?! No meal...at all. The server apologized, took care of our check, and we left without one of us eating. Oh! And I ate my meal with my fingers because after three times of asking for utensils and a to-go box none were brought out :/ We were there for an hour, maybe more

We go to Jersey at least once a week. Thursday is two for one Burger night. Buy one burger and two drinks and second burger is free. All the food is exceptional.

We had to wait over 2 hours for our food which never came, people seated after us were served first and then the server had the audacity to charge us for our drinks!! The manager was worthless too. No help at all. If I could rate no stars I would. Needless to say I will never be back. They told us we could not have fries because it was too hard to do at breakfast and then they served the table next to us fries on the side. I own a restaurant and know this is not how you treat a customer.

    (1)
  • Andrew P.

Horrible service. Took an hour and a half to get food. No apology, no nothing until we said something. Then they offered an $8 discount. Eggs were not good, most food was cold. I would not recommend this place. The table next to us was waiting for an hour and heard us complain about our food and left as well.

Saturday mornings are brunch dates for my husband and me since we work opposite schedules. We had been to Jersey's Grill before for $0.25 wings on Wednesday, which hit the spot nicely with an ice cold beer. Today we ventured to Jersey's for an early lunch and were pleasantly surprised. I had the Chopped Cobb Salad, which tasted good and was generously portioned. He had the Philly burger, which came on a toasted buttered bun with a side of nicely seasoned fries. It reminded us both of a bistro-type burger. A nice change of pace for the usual uninspired cuisine du Havasu. We will definitely return.

  • Paul B.

Ate here tonight for the first time.....not bad but didn't knock my socks off either. Prices are a little high for Havasu and the food was good but not great. The service was a 5 for sure but the food was just OK and the price took it down a peg for me. Try it you might like it but come when they are having a special.

    (3)
  • David B.

For our money it has been the best place in town. I get the chopped salad. Wife gets the Philly Cheese sandwich. We split both and it is more than enough. Service is always friendly and fast. Will come back again and again.

The Hot Mess was tastey, although they forgot the bacon! And they don't serve you toast with your breakfast!! Really?? on the bacon...I realized this half way through my meal so they brought it out. I think there are some things that they could do to make this place a better breakfast place! Homemade jelly would up the uniqueness and they have great toast...so serve it up with breakfast!

The HotMess breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast in Havasu by far! Came here for lunch and the food was soooo good We had to try more. Definitely coming back

We went Jerseys Grill for lunch on a Tuesday . The service was good and quick. The place was neat clean. There was a large group that was very loud. We moved outside which was very nice and quiet. However, we found the food and beer overpriced. I had a burger that tasted very good. But it was small for a $11 burger. My wife had a chicken philly that could have used more onions. She ordered it buffalo style, but there was no buffalo to be found. The worst part of the meal was the fries. Mine tasted fishy as if they used the same oil to fry fish in. My wife's fries were equally bad. We had two lunches and two beers and walked out with a $33 tab. Not worth the money or going back.

This place really has potential, but completely lacks execution. We went in there for breakfast, the menu looked inventive and promising. All of the food less patrons should have been a sign for us to leave. We ordered and an hour and a half later our food came out. My husbands burrito was good enough but my hash was disgusting and left me feeling sick. We asked for our bill when our food came out. When the server returned with the bill, there was no apology for the ridiculous wait or any compensation by way of comped drinks-they even charged me for my coffee! It's too bad, the options for good brunch in Havasu are pretty limited.

  • Ryan M.

I love this place! The food is always good and staff is very friendly. I come here at least once a week and have tried everything on the menu, long story short you can't go wrong. The patio is also nice and you can let the kids play.

I ordered the BLATT it's a bacon, lettuce, tomato and turkey sandwich on sourdough. It was so good, and the onion rings were yummy as well. For a cocktail I ordered planters punch and I loved it! Good food! Definitely will be going back. Plus our waitress was super friendly and on top of her game we didn't have to ask for refills or anything.

  • Stephanie M.

Don't come here! I was so looking forward to a good breakfast. We were seated right away and got our drinks and then it went south fast! People around us got their food before us. 2 hours later we had enough! Cancelled our order and they still charged us for our drinks. Unbelievable. Zero stars

Stopped in here on Saturday night and the place was empty! Not a good sign. Only one other table of customers on a Saturday night!? They cleaned it up and did a mini makeover since the last restaurant that was in this spot. It looks much better now. The food here is basically burgers, sandwiches, salads and a couple nightly specials. I tried the Cheese Steak Hoagie ($8.79). It was pretty good. The fries it came with were pretty weak. Seemed like they were straight out of the bag in the freezer. Very generic! My other half got a salad wrap ($7.99). It doesn't even come with fries or a side. Just the wrap. What a rip. A glass of Land Shark Draft will set you back $4.25!! All in all.. this place is just OK at best. Overpriced for what you get. Very basic burgers and sandwiches. The Cheese Steak was good. ... Not sure how soon I will be back tho.

This place has good food, but definitely has some service issues. For example, they did a good job at telling us the kitchen was backed up, however after we were seated they would not get us drinks for about 10 minutes. They need to work on it.

    (2)
  • Andrew R.

We got there at 10:20, ordered lunch and breakfast, at 11:05, waitress came out and told us we couldn't get lunch until 12, we reordered breakfast and it's now 11:48 still no food. I could have went to walmart, bought and maninated steaks and had a feast by the time the food will come. Update: 11:53: got our food, all cold. Update: 12:01: some food might get comped, might take three hours for next update. Update: 12:08- 30% off, won't come back.
